A new typology for home through virtual and digital space has been created. It will appear in the first publication by MIGDIS team. Currently in preparation.

Connections are made to the Turkish partner for MIGDIS. Koc University located in Istanbul will be taking part as a partner in the study and will facilitate data collection in Turkey.
MIGDIS social science team, Dr Pooya Ghoddousi and Mr Martino Zibetti are appointed and will start working on the project in 2026.

MIGDIS kick off meeting is taking place next week on 6th October. The PI and Co-PI will be convening to discuss the strategy to start the project and research design across the SHH and STEM teams. MIGDIS is inherently an interdisciplinary project and embeds constant meetings and dialogues in its process over the next 24 months to understand digital spaces from a sociological lens.
